The energy company OK had a turnover of 11.7 billion DKK in 2025 and delivered an operating profit (EBIT) of 698 million DKK. The result comes in a year in which the company is investing in the transition to electricity, while fuel sales are falling. OK states this in a press release.
The growth is driven, among other things, by the electricity business, where the number of electricity customers increased by over 20 percent. At the same time, 9 million charging operations were carried out on the company's charging network, which at the end of the year had approximately 4,500 charging points and has grown to approximately 5,100 as of May 2026.
- We are in the midst of a profound transformation of the energy market - and thus of OK. Therefore, it is crucial that we invest massively in what we will live on in the future, while at the same time delivering a healthy business here and now. We succeeded in this in 2025. The two largest subsidiaries, Coop and Kamstrup, also deliver excellent results. We are satisfied with the development we see across the group, says Michael Løve, CEO of OK.
OK is part of the OK group, along with Kamstrup and Coop, among others. OK maintains a position in a declining fuel market with a slight increase in market share, and the earnings from this are used for investments in electrification and the energy business.
- We must ensure a business that both creates profits today and is ready for the energy market of the future. Our ambition is that OK can supply fuel to the Danes for as long as they need it. In return, we invest most of the fuel earnings in the energy transition of both ourselves and society. And the result is visible. In 2025, OK's electric car customers made approx. 9 million. charges – approx. 25,000 every day all year round, says Michael Løve.
The OK Group achieved a total profit after tax of DKK 740 million and a turnover of DKK 47 billion in 2025. DKK 250 million will be paid out in dividends to the company's more than 11,000 shareholders.
In 2026, the OK Group expects a turnover of between DKK 46 and 50 billion. The profit after tax is expected to be DKK 600-1,000 million, and thus at the same level as in 2025.
