In 2025, ADP delivered its best financial results to date with net revenue of DKK 335.2 million, EBITDA of DKK 296.2 million and profit of DKK 154.7 million. This corresponds to significant growth rates of 22 percent, 41 percent and 65.6 percent, respectively. The progress is driven by increased activity, high capacity utilization and stable operations, ADP A/S states in a press release.

The year also marks the beginning of a new phase for the group. In June, infrastructure investor Brookfield entered as a co-owner of the port with 14.1 percent and has contributed DKK 700 million, just as ADP has expanded its portfolio with the Port of Hanstholm.

- 2025 shows the strength of ADP's business model and our ability to translate strategic investments into concrete results. With Brookfield as a new co-owner and the expansion of ADP with the Port of Hanstholm, we have taken important steps in the long-term development of the group, and we continue to see more opportunities for further consolidations and strategic collaborations, says Christian Herskind, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADP, he continues:

- The Board of Directors sees the accounts as a clear expression of a well-run and financially strong group with a solid foundation for further development.

Activity increased across the ports of Fredericia, Nyborg and Hanstholm. Total freight turnover reached 9.2 million tonnes, which is an increase of 7.3 percent. Container traffic in Fredericia grew to 163,966 TEU, corresponding to an increase of 32 percent. According to ADP, the development is related, among other things, to investments in port expansions and new collaborations, including the establishment of Fredericia Container Terminal A/S.

While Brookfield has joined as a shareholder, Fredericia Municipality remains a major shareholder with 76.5 percent ownership. Nyborg Municipality owns 9.1 percent, while Middelfart Municipality accounts for 0.3 percent. Fredericia Municipality is pleased with the development in the port company.

- ADP has moved significantly in 2025 and is today on a very strong foundation. I have followed the development closely and look forward to being an active part of the further development. ADP plays a central role for Fredericia Municipality – but also for the overall development of port and logistics infrastructure in Denmark, says Peder Tind (V), mayor of Fredericia Municipality and vice chairman of ADP's board.
