The NIRAS Group has elected Peter Kjær Jensen to the board of directors at the general meeting on April 23, 2026. He is Executive Vice President of DLG with responsibility for Agricultural Business and has previously held leading roles in A.P. Møller – Mærsk and PostNord as well as board positions in Green Energy Group and e-Boks. This is stated by the consultancy in a press release.
- Peter Kjær Jensen brings a strong mix of international outlook and documented experience with transformation and scaling to the NIRAS Group – from both classic value chains and digital business models. These are competencies that strengthen the board's work to develop NIRAS at a time when the demands for innovation, adoption of AI and operational efficiency are increasing, says Lisbeth Knudsen.
At the same time, Jens Harsaae has resigned from the board after choosing not to stand for re-election. He has been a member since 2023 and since 2024 deputy chairman.
