For the second time in two days, Vestas has received an order of over 100 MW from the Argentine market after Argentinian Genneia ordered 162 MW on Thursday. This time the order comes from YPF Luz to whom Vestas will deliver 155 MW.
The turbines that YPF has ordered are 25 pieces. are of the type V162-6.2 MW EnVentus. They will be installed in the General Levalle wind farm in the province of Córdoba, Argentina. The project will be the first in Argentina with wind turbines from Vestas' EnVentus platform, Vestas said in a statement.
