Vestas lands three orders totaling 191 MW

Vestas has secured three new orders in Germany and Poland with a total capacity of 191 MW.

Vestas has announced three new projects as part of the company's order intake for the fourth quarter. These are two wind projects in Germany and one in Poland, with a combined capacity of 191 MW. Vestas announced this in a statement.

The first German project is Uhl Windkraft's Schnabelwaid. Here, 11 V172-7.2 MW wind turbines with a total capacity of 79 MW will be delivered. The project includes a 25-year AOM 5000 service agreement, and deliveries are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027. Commissioning is planned for the third quarter of the same year.

In addition, Vestas has received an order from wpd GmbH for the Reinsteidt Repowering project in Germany, which consists of 11 V162-6.2 MW turbines and 2 V150-6.0 MW turbines with a total capacity of 80 MW. The project includes a 15-year AOM 4000 service agreement. Deliveries are expected to start in the second quarter of 2026, while commissioning is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

In Poland, Vestas will deliver eight V150-4.0 MW turbines for the Lubién project for FW LUBIEN 1 SP. Z o.o. and Greenvolt Power Group Sp. z o.o. The project has a total capacity of 32 MW and includes a 20-year AOM 5000 service agreement. Deliveries are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027, and the turbines are expected to be commissioned in the second quarter of the same year.
