CNC Onsite has completed the 2024/25 financial year with the strongest financial performance in the company's history. Gross profit increased by 74 percent to DKK 58.7 million, while profit before tax grew by 152 percent, and net profit more than doubled to DKK 13 million.
The development reflects a solid demand for mobile machine solutions as well as investments in technology and employees, which have strengthened the company's global activities. This is stated in a press release by CNC Onsite, which is based in Vejle and designs and supplies mobile processing machines for the wind turbine industry.
During the financial period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, CNC Onsite completed a record number of projects in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. This included, among other things, the development and rental of large flange milling machines for tower and foundation applications under long-term agreements with Welcon and CS WIND Offshore.
Tasks for players like these have seen the workforce grow by around 50 percent to 60 employees, and the custom-built machines have been up and running with minimal downtime. The company has also invested in new portal mills, shaft turning machines and special drilling machines, which have strengthened capacity within both the wind, industrial and maritime sectors.
- This year has been particularly significant for CNC Onsite. With net profits more than doubling and gross profits up 74 percent, we have shown that our business model works and that customers have confidence in us to deliver. In just 13 years, CNC Onsite has grown from a niche supplier to a globally operating specialist, carrying out projects in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, says Aage Dam, CEO of CNC Onsite.
The company expects continued growth in 2025/26, including through research into advanced repair methods for high-precision components and new diagnostic solutions that will reduce customer downtime and extend the life of wind turbine parts.
