Kristian Jensen quickly apologizes for Hanstholm exit

According to Nordjyske, Kristian Jensen has been hit hard on social media because, as a consequence of getting the job as director of Green Power Denmark, he had to resign as chairman of Hanstholm Port. A position he only held for a short time and will officially resign on April 20. The former minister understands the criticism.

- I understand that people are unhappy that I had to leave the chairmanship of Hanstholm so quickly. I would have liked it the same way myself, and I would like to apologize for it being so short, Kristian Jensen tells the newspaper.

However, according to Kristian Jensen, it was not possible to continue as chairman of the port, as it would lead to problems with his competence. This is due, among other things, to the fact that the Port of Hanstholm has declared ambitions to establish PtX facilities, which several other ports also have ambitions for. Therefore, Green Power Denmark, as a business organization, should not have special threads for any ports, the justification is.
