Vattenfall has put the installation of the two upcoming Vesterhav offshore wind farms out to tender, writes Renews.biz.
The tender is divided into three parts for the installation of foundations, cables and wind turbines, respectively. The contracts begin on June 30, 2021 and end at the end of 2023. In July, Vattenfall opened two tenders for the installation of foundations for the Vesterhav projects.
Vesterhav Nord will consist of 21 8.4 MW wind turbines with a total capacity of 180 MW. Vesterhav Syd will consist of 20 8.4 MW wind turbines with a total capacity of 170 MW.
