Eurowind Energy has expanded its business with new investments in both Denmark and Poland and completed a significant acquisition in two markets.
The company announced this in a statement.
In Poland, the Danish energy developer has purchased a project portfolio from Sabowind. The deal includes six existing wind turbines with a total capacity of 12 MW as well as wind and solar projects totaling 370 MW, which are still under development.
At home, Eurowind Energy has acquired the Ausumgaard energy park in central Jutland.
The agreement means that the company now has its first biogas plant in operation and also has four V112 wind turbines. According to a press release from Eurowind Energy, it is not stated how large the ownership stake in Ausumgaard is.
