The energy group Ewii, based in Kolding, will have a new director for the finance area, when 55-year-old Lars Søndergaard will take over as CFO after the summer holidays. He comes from a position as Vice President, Group Finance & Compliance in Orifarm Group. In the Ewii Group, Lars Søndergaard replaces Olaf Spliid, who will continue in Ewii as Senior Project Manager in Strategic Projects, Ewii said in a statement.
- I am incredibly pleased that we have Lars Søndergaard on board as CFO. Our entire finance area is changing, and now we will benefit from Lars' extensive management experience and strong competencies in the area, so we will enter the new challenges strengthened, says CEO Lars Bonderup Bjørn.
As CFO, Lars Søndergaard will be responsible for Finance, IT and Back-office in the EWII Group, and he will then become part of the Group Management Board together with CEO Lars Bonderup Bjørn.
