Zelenskyj says that this is a deliberate attempt to hit the Ukrainian energy sector before it gets colder.

The Russian drone attack triggered a fire in a high-rise building in the central part of Kyiv on Friday night.
In several districts, fragments from drones can be seen on the ground, local authorities said.
