Kamstrup is looking for a new CEO as the current one, Kim Lehmann, is stepping down. The change comes as a continuation of a major strategy work and according to Chairman of the Board Michael Løve, the Board has in this connection decided to find a new profile to lead Kamstrup through the next strategy period, where there are ambitions to create significant growth.

- For a little more than five years under Kim Lehmann, Kamstrup has delivered good results and has had a great development in several markets, not least the USA. In connection with the strategy work, I have had a good dialogue with Kim about his plans for the future and the demands that Kamstrup's growth ambitions place on a CEO. In the process, we have reached the point of terminating the collaboration and the Board is now starting to find a new CEO, says Michael Løve.

In a strong position

There is a large, global demand for Kamstrup's intelligent measurement solutions and analysis tools, the most recent financial year offered a profit of 308 million. DKK, which was described as "extremely satisfactory". According to Michael Løve, Kim Lehmann's efforts have made a significant contribution to the company's strong position.

- The results speak for themselves, and Kim (Lehmann, ed.) has made a great effort, not least during COVID-19 and the subsequent global component shortage. The board would like to thank Kim for ensuring that the company is in a strong position with continued great growth potential, says Michael Løve.

A recruitment process has been initiated and CFO Henrik Rom has been appointed CEO from today. He will work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure continued strong operations of Kamstrup until a new CEO is in place.
