Aura has launched a new cooperative strategy that brings together a number of promises to society, customers and cooperative members. The strategy will, among other things, make it easier to be a customer, strengthen cooperative democracy and support the development of green and sustainable solutions. The East Jutland energy and fiber group states this in a press release.
According to Aura, the strategy is the first of its kind and will set the direction for Aura's value creation in the future.
The strategy also contains promises for the continued expansion of critical energy and digital infrastructure with high delivery security. At the same time, Aura will strengthen the influence and affiliation of cooperative members, and financial benefits are planned for cooperative members. For customers, Aura will develop more user-friendly digital solutions, offer competitive terms and create better opportunities to choose green and sustainable solutions.

Our members and the local community are the foundation of Aura, and through good customer experiences, high service and relevant solutions we translate our ambitions into concrete value in everyday life, says Carsten Höegh Christiansen, CEO of Aura.
According to Aura, the work on the strategy has been ongoing for nine months and was the first major task for the board of representatives that took office in December 2024. The strategy has been created through workshops, theme days and seminars and has subsequently been approved with unanimous support in the board of representatives.
