With the acquisition of the Seasat Group for a total investment of DKK 116 million, Simple Agency Group is completing its largest acquisition to date. The acquisition is a strategic step towards strengthening the group's position as a market leader within maritime IT and compliance in Europe. This is stated by Simple Agency Group in a press release.
- We are experiencing a growing demand for advanced IT solutions in the maritime market. Seasat has a solid position as a subcontractor to players such as the Danish Navy and ESVAGT, and with their technology combined with our platform, we can offer a comprehensive IT solution that sets new standards for performance and reduces the need for multiple subcontractors, says CEO of Simple Agency Group Mike Valencia.
Simple Agency Group is also expanding its locations outside Denmark with a new strategic base in Bergen, Norway, and strengthening its presence in Esbjerg, England and Northern Germany.
- Our existing customers on land will also benefit from the acquisition. Seasat brings us new technical competencies within connectivity such as 4G and 5G technology. Our strategy is to establish ourselves as a market leader within critical infrastructure, operations and IT security, says Mike Valencia.
In 2025, the group expects net revenue of 230-260 million. DKK and operating income of 42-47 million. DKK, which corresponds to a doubling compared to 2024.
