- If companies can document a loss, and the fault lies with Energinet, then they should be able to receive compensation, says Deputy Director for Climate, Energy, Environment & Construction at Danish Business, Ulrich Bang, to the media.
The organization also believes that Energinet should be held liable for damages if operational errors lead to losses for the companies.
According to Energy Supply, the latest statement from Energinet shows that 10 new electricity grid projects were delayed in the last quarter.
Overall, almost 70 percent of the company's electricity grid projects are delayed and on average, the schedules are set to slip by 29 months for the delayed projects, it says.
