Nicklas Tue Broberg has joined as the new Head of Customer Service & Business Support at Andel Energi. He comes from a position as Head of Customer & Technical Service at DCC Energi and has previously been Head of Customer Service at Fullrate and Recruitment and Training Manager at Telmore. Broberg replaces Martin Weber, who has taken a new job within the Andel Group. Andel Energi writes.
- With Nicklas, we are adding a strong strategic profile to the management of Andel Energi. A leader who is engaging, authentic and has great impact. Nicklas' strength is, among other things, his ability to balance customer satisfaction and commercial goals, and at the same time he also has a good understanding of involving his employees. He is good at motivating and creating direction, and in general he has a structured, curious and solution-oriented approach to things, says CEO of Andel Energi, Marlene Holmgaard Fris.
Nicklas Tue Broberg is looking forward to his new challenge.
- Andel Energi plays a central role in the everyday lives of Danes – not only as an energy company, but also as a partner in the green transition. For me, it is about combining high professionalism and strong customer experiences with technology and operations that work in practice. I am looking forward to taking on the task together with my new colleagues and ensuring that we continue to develop both the business and the relationship with customers, says Nicklas Tue Broberg, CEO of Customer Service & Business Support at Andel Energi.
Nicklas Tue Broberg officially took office on August 1, but begins work today due to the summer holidays. Since Martin Weber's departure, Anja Berg has been responsible for the daily management of Customer Service & Business Support. She continues in a new role within the company.
