In November, KK Wind Solutions announced that it had acquired Nissens Cooling Solutions, a supplier of customized cooling solutions for the wind industry in particular, from KK Wind Solutions' own owner A.P. Møller Holding A/S.
At that time, KK Wind Solutions expected the acquisition to be completed in early 2024. And that was the case, as KK Wind Solutions announced on its LinkedIn that the deal is complete. With the acquisition, 800 new employees and new production sites in the Czech Republic, China, Denmark and Slovakia will become part of KK Wind Solutions.
