Pernille Erenbjerg replaces Jan T. Nielsen, CIO of A.P. Møller Holding, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of KK Wind Solutions. A.P. Møller Holding owns KK Wind Solutions. KK Wind Solutions announced this in a statement.
- When A.P. Møller Holding acquired KK Wind Solutions, it was an industry-leading mid-sized company, but with significant potential. In the past five years, KK Wind Solutions has almost quadrupled in size and continued to expand its potential. It has been an absolute privilege to work with KK Wind Solutions' management team, the many highly motivated employees and the Board of Directors. The prospects for the company are enormous, and I am proud and happy that Pernille has agreed to take over as Chairman of the Board of KK Wind Solutions.
The incoming Chairman looks forward to continuing KK Wind Solutions' development.
- By combining KK Wind Solutions and Nissens Cooling Solutions, we have created a significant supplier that can deliver power electronics and cooling solutions in one, thereby reducing complexity for customers and partners. KK Wind Solutions is multi-disciplined, truly global and best of all has the strongest capabilities in the industry within each discipline.
