Energinet initiates first feasibility studies for Hesselø

2. OKT 2020 15.22
Plan & Byg

Energinet will carry out a number of surveys and investigations in the sea areas that may be affected by the upcoming Hesselø offshore wind farm during the autumn and winter.

The preliminary investigations have been brought forward for the entire wind farm, and the two ships from Dutch Fugro can therefore expect worse weather conditions than during normal preliminary investigations of the sea area to the wind turbines and the possible cable routes.

During the winter, Energinet will carry out investigations into how the environment will be affected, while in the summer the geology of the seabed will be investigated.
