Duelco Excellent Solutions (Duelco), which supplies electrical and technical solutions to several different industries including industry, business, hospitals, infrastructure and renewable energy, is ready with a new solution for the latter, which focuses on machine safety. The company states this in a press release.
The solution has been named Duelco Safety Controller (DSC) and is a modular, programmable safety system designed to monitor a wide range of safety sensors in the wind industry.
According to Duelco, the new system can handle safety light grids, laser scanners, photocells, mechanical switches, mats, emergency stops and two-hand operation, making it ideal for very complex industrial environments.
"With a simple interface and high reliability, the Duelco Safety Controller brings a new dimension to machine safety in the wind industry, where precision and safety are of utmost importance. The use of the DSC system ensures effective monitoring, which reduces the risk of downtime and dangerous situations, which is essential for maintaining optimal operation in the industry," reads the description of the new system, among other things, in a press release from Duelco.
