On November 23rd of last year, a 190-meter-high, 200-ton crane overturned while lifting a wind turbine blade. The accident, in which an employee was slightly injured, has now led to the Danish Working Environment Authority issuing a warning to the crane company BMS Heavy Cranes. This is reported by TV Midtvest, which has been granted access to the Danish Working Environment Authority's decision.

"The company has violated the rules of the working environment legislation to ensure that the crane is only used for the work functions and under the conditions for which it is suitable, so that there is no risk of employees being injured," is one of the reasons for the warning.

- It was an operating error, and we are really happy that there was no serious injury, says Anne Kaptain, HR manager for BMS Heavy Cranes, about the episode to TV Midtvest.
