DCC Energi has completed an adjustment of the organization that the energy company began in the fall of 2024. This is done with the appointment of Henrik Ottosen as new director of the private market. Here he will be responsible for DCC's portfolio of energy products and solutions for private customers. This is stated in a press release from DCC Energi.
Ottosen was found internally. He thus comes from a position as marketing and communications manager. He has been with the company since 2009, where he was involved in starting it up when Irish DCC plc. bought parts of the then Dansk Shell and established DCC Energi in Denmark.
Now he will have new and expanded areas of responsibility as the new director of the private market. Here he will be responsible for the sale of heating oil, natural gas, service agreements, card solutions, home chargers, heat pumps and electricity to Danish households and drivers. He will also join the energy company's daily management with direct reporting to CEO Daniel Andersen. However, he will also continue in the role of responsible for marketing and branding in the energy company.

Ottosen will report to CEO Daniel Andersen, who joined in 2024, he is pleased to have his management team in place.
