There are many billions of kroner to be obtained from the EU for Danish companies that want to develop green energy technologies. The Danish Energy Agency writes this on Linkedin.

- We are pleased with the great interest in the Danish Energy Agency's offer to companies and stakeholders who are considering applying for funds from the EU's Innovation Fund. With the EU's Innovation Fund, we have enormous potential to accelerate the green transition in Denmark - and the rest of the world - and we hope that even more Danish projects will share in the many support kroner, says Claus H. Andersen, team leader in the Danish Energy Agency's Team EU Funding.

In October, seven Danish projects received a total of 3.5 billion kroner in support from the fund, and now the EU has offered an additional 4.6 billion euros. The funds will go towards the development of innovative CO2-displacing technologies.

The team at the Danish Energy Agency offers, among other things, free project validation and guidance to Danish actors who are considering applying for support, as well as statements of support for the projects.

- We look forward to helping potential applicants further - and hopefully helping to ensure that more Danish projects once again receive a share of the fund's large pools, says Claus H. Andersen.

At a recent information meeting arranged by the Danish Energy Agency, companies and stakeholders in the energy industry were guided through the possibilities of applying for funds from the fund's two new large tenders, which include 3.4 billion euros for innovative technologies and 1.2 billion euros for the production of green hydrogen. Claus H. Andersen and his team are ready to help Danish projects further in the application process.
