Employees at SubC Partner in Esbjerg can look forward to new surroundings when the company moves its head office to two newly purchased office buildings on Bavnehøjvej. The purchase marks a step in a larger plan to consolidate activities and create space for future growth. The two buildings were purchased by the Swedish property company Heimstaden. The purchase price has not been disclosed. It is reported JydskeVestkysten.

According to co-owner and director Tonny Klein, the investment includes two buildings with a total area of around 4000 square meters with a view of the Port of Esbjerg. Part of the area is rented out, while SubC Partner itself uses one of the buildings. During 2026, the buildings will undergo extensive renovation, and the management is considering establishing a joint reception.

 - There have just been a lot of pieces that needed to fall into place. They are now, says Tonny Klein, CEO of SubC Partner.

The acquisition is part of a total investment of a large double-digit million amount that will equip the company for the needs of the future. In recent years, SubC Partner has experienced significant growth with increasing results, an expanded capital base and around 250 employees distributed across several locations, including in Fredericia.
