ODSHERRED: On August 15, Pernille Ingildsen will take over as the new CEO of the crisis-stricken utility company Odsherred Forsyning.

Out of 40 applicants, the choice has ended with Pernille Ingildsen, who comes from a position as head of planning and project at Hillerød Forsyning, and previously from an almost identical position at Kalundborg Forsyning.
She has a master's degree in Environmental Technology from DTU and a PhD in Industrial Automation from Lund University of Technology.
She herself says that she is looking forward to taking up the position of new director of Odsherred Forsyning.
- It is with open eyes that I enter a utility that is in crisis. Together we have an important task in getting through the current crisis as best as possible, so that residents of Odsherred can once again trust the utility. The goal is for Odsherred to once again have a well-functioning, sustainable and cost-effective utility, she says.
- There will be three tracks that will run in parallel. First, there is crisis management and the work of returning to normal operations after a change in management. And then we will work systematically and strategically to restore trust in the supply, she says to Sjællandske Nyheder.
On August 15, Pernille Ingildsen will replace Torben Greve, who has been acting CEO of the supply since May.
