Vestas will expand its board of directors and therefore proposes to elect Pandora's CFO, Anders Boyer, to the board of directors at the company's general meeting on April 8 in Aarhus. This is stated in the notice from the company.

Anders Boyer has been CFO of the jewelry company Pandora since 2019 and is also a board member of the airline SAS, so now he will also become part of the board of directors of Vestas, if he is approved at the general meeting as expected.

At the same time, the current board of directors is nominating itself for re-election. The board currently consists of chairman Anders Runevad as well as Bruno Stéphane Emmanuel Bensasson, Claudio Facchin, Eva Merete Søfelde Berneke, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, Henriette Hallberg Thygesen, Karl-Henrik Sundström and Lena Marie Olvin.

The nine members can also look forward to an increase in fees. In any case, the board of directors is recommending an increase in the board fee for 2026 to DKK 526,5901 per board member – an increase of 8 percent. compared to 2025. The Chairman receives three times the base fee, while the Deputy Chairman receives twice the base fee for their expanded board duties.

"The increase reflects the time commitment required of the Board, the need to remain internationally competitive, and the level of fees necessary to attract and retain board members with the necessary quality and experience," the board's recommendation reads.
