Nordex Group has secured new orders totaling 246 MW in Spain by the end of 2025 from several independent energy producers. The orders include 38 wind turbines to be installed in the provinces of Teruel, Navarra, Burgos and León.

The turbines will be delivered in different variants depending on the projects. In Teruel, N163/6.X turbines and one N175/6.X will be installed, while the projects in Navarra include the types N163/6.X, N133/4800 and N163/5.X. In Burgos, N149/5.X turbines will be installed. In addition, energy company Nadara has ordered 12 N163/6.X turbines for the Castillo 1 wind farm in León, which will have a capacity of 75 MW and is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2027. The project is Nadara's first wind project in Spain.

- We are proud to welcome Nadara as a new partner in Spain and support their entry into the Spanish wind market. The project demonstrates the strength of our Delta4000 platform and our ability to deliver tailored solutions for different wind conditions. With all the new projects, Nordex Group further consolidates its presence in the Spanish market, where we also maintained a leading position in terms of new orders in 2025, says Francisco Cejudo, Sales Director in Spain at Nordex Group, in a statement.

All orders also include long-term service agreements. The names of the other customers and wind farms have not been disclosed.
