
Sweco increased both revenue and earnings in 2025, but growth slowed down significantly.
Net revenue exceeded 31 billion Swedish kronor (approximately 21 billion DKK), and EBITA increased by 12 percent adjusted for calendar effects. At the same time, the EBITA margin reached 10.5 percent. Profit after tax increased to 2.2 billion Swedish kronor (approximately 1.5 billion DKK).
However, growth was lower than the previous year. Organic growth fell from 5 percent in 2024 to 3 percent in 2025, while total growth was reduced from 8 to 3 percent. During the year, Sweco completed 13 acquisitions, which contributed a total of around 2.1 billion DKK. SEK 1.4 billion in annual net revenue (approx. DKK 1.4 billion).
Activity was stable across, among other things, energy, water, environment and infrastructure, as well as the defense and security area. Demand continued to be driven by, among other things, sustainability, demographic developments and digitalization.

Sweco had a total of 23,000 employees at the end of the year. During 2025, the company hired 3,100 new employees and gained an additional 1,500 employees through acquisitions.
Sweco works with sustainability through around 150,000 ongoing customer projects in both the private and public sectors. In its own operations, the company has a goal of net zero emissions by 2040 and a halving of emissions by 2030 compared to 2020.
