
Eurowind Energy has entered into an agreement to acquire Connected Wind Services Danmark from EnBW Energie Baden-Wu?rttemberg AG. The transaction is pending approval from relevant competition authorities, and the purchase price has not been disclosed.
This was announced by Eurowind Energy in a press release.
Connected Wind Services Danmark is an independent service provider for wind turbines with more than 35 years of experience in operation and maintenance. The company services around 1,000 turbines in Denmark and has over 100 employees. The business also includes offshore wind, high-voltage service and a 24-hour monitoring center. Revenue amounted to approx. 191 million. DKK in 2025.
According to Eurowind Energy, the acquisition will strengthen the company's position in the operational phase of wind projects, where the need for service and maintenance is growing as more plants age.

It is a natural step in expanding our operating capacity in Denmark and Northern Europe, says Jens Rasmussen, CEO of Eurowind Energy.
Connected Wind Services Denmark will continue as an independent company under its own name, and the current management and organization will remain unchanged. At the same time, Klaus Steen Mortensen will become the new chairman of the board. He is a former senior manager at Vestas for many years and is currently a board member of Eurowind Energy.
