In September, Sebastian Koks Andreassen stepped down as CEO of the electrolysis company Green Hydrogen Systems.
Since then, Peter Friis has been acting CEO of the company. But now Peter Friis can delete "acting" from his business card. The board of directors of Green Hydrogen Systems has appointed him CEO with effect from today.
From now on, Peter Friis, together with CFO Ole Vesterbæk, will form the management of Green Hydrogen Systems.
Together, the two will try to make the company a profitable business. There is something to work on, because when Green Hydrogen Systems presented its accounts for 2023 last week, the result was a deficit of DKK 283 million. This was achieved based on a turnover of just DKK 42 million.
