Vestas reports an order intake in the third quarter of 2025 with contracts totaling 679 MW distributed across Germany, Italy, Denmark and the UK.

The orders include both repowering projects and new wind farms.

In Germany, Vestas has received orders for 239 MW distributed across eight projects developed by German project developer BBWind and local partners. The projects will use Vestas’ latest EnVentus technology, which is adapted to local conditions.

- We are proud to partner with BBWind on their efforts to develop community-led wind turbine projects in one of Germany’s key wind energy regions. These projects underline how our EnVentus wind turbine technology is ideally suited to meet the needs of our customers in the German wind market and will contribute significantly to the country’s rapidly growing energy transition,” says Nils de Baar, Regional President, Vestas Northern and Central Europe.

In addition to the projects with BBWind, Vestas has secured five further orders in Germany, Denmark and the UK totalling 346 MW. The projects include the repowering of Ostermoor Süd for Raiffeisen Windpark Saterland GmbH and several new projects for Eurowind Energy, Windstrom and Vattenfall. Delivery and commissioning of the wind turbines is planned for the period 2026-2027.

In Italy, Vestas has been awarded three orders totalling 94 MW.
