Eurowind Energy has signed a 10-year agreement with Rockwool to supply renewable electricity from two upcoming energy projects in Poland. The agreement includes power from the Miros?awiec wind farm and the Marulewy solar plant and has been entered into as a so-called hybrid corporate PPA. This is stated by Eurowind Energy in a press release.

According to the agreement, Eurowind Energy will deliver around 70 GWh of renewable electricity annually to Rockwool. The deliveries will contribute to reducing the group's CO2 emissions and at the same time support the expansion of renewable energy capacity in Poland. The agreement combines production from both wind and solar to create a more stable electricity supply.

- At Rockwool, we are committed to reducing the CO2 footprint of our activities, and long-term partnerships like this play an important role, says Kenneth Dupont, Energy Category Director at Rockwool.

Eurowind is also pleased with the agreement.

- We are proud to be able to support Rockwool's work to reduce CO2 emissions with stable, long-term renewable energy from our growing portfolio in Poland. A hybrid corporate PPA is a strong solution that maximizes value through the combination of technologies and makes a significant contribution to companies with significant sustainability ambitions, says Jesper Schaumburg-Düring, Commercial Director at Eurowind Energy.

The agreement will enter into force in mid-2028 and will run for a period of ten years.
