The Social Democrats are refusing to prepare an exit plan for the state's ownership of Ørsted, as several parties in the blue bloc are proposing. Instead, the party wants to create stability for the energy company, which is currently under pressure on the American market. This is reported by Finans.

In the media, several parties in the blue bloc – the Conservatives, the Liberal Alliance, the Danish People's Party and the Danish Democrats – have suggested that a plan should be prepared in the next election period for a possible sale of the state's shares and involvement in the offshore wind division. However, critical infrastructure must remain in Danish hands. Christian Rabjerg, political spokesman for the Social Democrats, warns against presenting an exit plan now, but it is not ruled out that a state sale could be discussed at a later date, but only in the longer term.

- I think we should be very careful about creating uncertainty about Ørsted at the moment. They are hit by headwinds in an American market, which is very volatile for political reasons, says Christian Rabjerg, political spokesman for the Social Democrats.
