FREDERIKSHAVN: The Liberal Party's city council group in Frederikshavn wants to have municipal director Thomas Eriksen declared incompetent in a personnel case involving a municipal employee. This is reported by TV2 Nord. The case concerns an audio file in which the employee instructs Frederikshavn Port to avoid sharing information in connection with a request for access to documents.
Thomas Eriksen was informed about the request for access to documents, which he forwarded to the system. A few days later, the audio recording was made.
Therefore, the Liberal Party wants the National Association of Municipalities (KL) or the city council to take over the handling of the personnel case, so that no doubt can be raised that Thomas Eriksen may be involved in withholding information.
