Five Social Democrats will be in the vote when an extraordinary delegate meeting is held at the Social Democrats in Copenhagen on Monday. The party's future trade union mayor in the municipality will be elected here.
Five Social Democratic members of the Copenhagen City Council, Andreas Keil, Laura Rosenvinge, Mette Reissmann, Lars Aslan Rasmussen and Yildiz Akdogan, all want the position of employment, integration and business mayor.

The position of trade union mayor became vacant when the otherwise newly elected Pernille Rosenkrantz-Theil (S) chose to say goodbye to politics completely shortly after the municipal election on November 18.
Ulla Krag (S), who is also a newly elected member of the Copenhagen City Council, announced on Friday morning that she also wanted the position.

Election model
The voting on Monday will take place in such a way that the delegates at the extraordinary meeting in the first round can vote for one of the five candidates.
- If none of the five candidates obtains more than 50 percent of the votes, then there is a second round with the two candidates who obtain the most votes, where they are voted on. And it is then the candidate who receives the most votes who is appointed, says Niels E. Bjerrum.
The number of delegates depends on how many members the nine districts have at the Social Democrats in Copenhagen.
- There are everything from districts with six-seven representatives to nine-ten representatives. It is based on how many members there are in the district, he says.
There are also others who have the right to vote. Among others, the Social Democratic members of the City Council as well as representatives from DSU Copenhagen and Frit Forum, which is a Social Democratic student organization.
On Tuesday, the day after the election, the Social Democratic eight members of the City Council will sit down at a meeting.
Here they will distribute, among other things, the positions of political rapporteur, group chairman and various committee positions in the municipality.
