Evida has completed a multi-year consolidation process by merging Evida Nord A/S, Evida Syd A/S and Evida Fyn A/S into one company. The new name is Evida Gasnet A/S, and the merger was approved on April 29, 2025 with accounting effect from January 1, 2025, Evida informs.
Evida's 308,000 gas customers are thus united under one tariff structure and one legal entity. The goal is to ensure more efficient and cost-conscious operation, without changing prices or terms for customers.

The merger marks the final step in the implementation of the supply strategy launched by the then government in 2016. The subsidiaries have so far been a continuation of the regional networks HMN GasNet A/S, Dansk Gas Distribution A/S and Dansk Gas Distribution Fyn A/S. These were merged into Evida in 2019, which has been owned by the Ministry of Finance since 2021.
