DTU has appointed three new members to the university's board of directors as of 1 January 2025: Marianne Dahl, Charlotte Rønhof and Kasper Moth-Poulsen. They bring experience from the business world, the university world and board work both at home and abroad. This is stated in a press release by DTU.

- With their respective profiles, they will strengthen the board's work as a whole and the work on a new strategy for DTU. Marianne Dahl's deep insight into digitalization, Charlotte Rønhof's extensive experience and network within education, research and innovation in a political-administrative context, and Kasper Moth-Poulsen's international university platform are all competencies that will be in focus in the board's future work, says Margrethe Vestager, who is the chair of the board.

Marianne Dahl, who was previously CEO of Microsoft Denmark, is a cand. merc., professional board member and senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group.

Charlotte Rønhof is a dairy engineer and former director of the Confederation of Danish Industries with responsibility for education and research. She currently works as a professional board member.

Kasper Moth-Poulsen is a cand. scient. and professor at both the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. He has extensive experience with international research groups and research-based startups.

The three new members replace Thea Larsen, Susanne Juhl and Hanne Søndergaard, who resigned from the board at the end of 2024.
