In January 2023, Eifo was created based on a merger of three state funds, the Growth Fund, EKF Denmark's Export Credit Agency and the Danish Green Investment Fund. As a result of the merger, EIFO announced in February this year that it had decided to make an organizational change, which led to a farewell to several top managers, as the group management was cut by two members.

After the organizational changes, it failed to fill two positions as CFO and CCO SME. However, it was a search that was called off in May, when Eifo announced that it had filled both positions. Signe Thustrup-Kreiner was chosen as CCO SME, but in May it would not be named. Instead, the CFO will be presented "later in the summer".

We have now reached that point. Thus, Eifo has presented Henriette Krogh Bjørneboe Fynsk as the new CFO and member of the group management. She comes from a position as CFO at ATP Ejendomme, and she will be responsible for the Finance & Digitalisation area at Eifo, which has almost 110 employees in the departments Accounting & Controlling, Business Finance & Business Analysis, Business Operation & Support, HR & Organisation and Treasury.

- I am very pleased to have Henriette on board as the last member of the group management at Eifo, and I look forward to welcoming her in September. Henriette is a highly competent and experienced leader who will make a strong contribution to our organisation. Her experience with the CFO role and the daily management of the area combined with her ability to think strategically, work with cross-functional processes, data and technology make her the perfect choice, says Peder Lundquist, CEO of Eifo.

Henriette Krogh Bjørneboe Fynsk, replaces Christian Ølgaard, who continues in another role at Eifo. In addition to her time at ATP, she has experience from, among others, BankInvest and PwC. Now she is looking forward to joining Eifo.

- I have followed Eifo from the sidelines with great interest, and am now very much looking forward to becoming part of the team. I am very much looking forward to being able to help continue the strategic direction and thereby help increase value creation for the benefit of society. This will be done, among other things, through a business partner mindset and a focus on strengthening cohesion across the organization, says the incoming CFO of Eifo.

Both Henriette Krogh Bjørneboe Fynsk and EIFO's new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) SME, Signe Thustrup Kreiner, will join on September 1.
