After almost two years in the position, Torben Moger Pedersen is stepping down as chairman of the Danish Export and Investment Fund, and at the same time he is stepping down from the board of directors.
This was announced at a company meeting (general meeting) at EIFO's owner, the Ministry of Business and Industry, on Friday. Eifo informs in a press release.
- It has been an exciting and demanding task to help merge EKF Denmark's Export Credit Agency, the Growth Fund and the Danish Green Investment Fund into the Danish Export and Investment Fund (EIFO). It is now in place, an account for 2023 has been presented with a profit of over 1 billion DKK, and new activities have been initiated with investments in Ukraine. I am now passing the baton on and will in the future concentrate on my board positions in, among others, CBS, CIP Foundation, EnergiDanmark, The Danish Foreign Policy Society and the UN's UNPRI, says Torben Möger Pedersen.
Vice Chairman Dorrit Vanglo will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board for the time being.
