AARHUS: A long-standing conflict over wind turbine plans at Vosnæs between Aarhus Municipality and Syddjurs Municipality has intensified after the Association against Wind Turbines at Vosnæs filed a complaint about Aarhus Municipality's adoption of Municipal Plan 2025.
- The municipality cannot plan for a known legal conflict and postpone the clarification to a later planning stage. If the legal barriers are not strategically handled at the municipal plan level, the plan may be invalid, the association tells TV2 Østjylland.
The complaint has now been forwarded to the Minister for Urban and Rural Areas, Morten Dahlin (V), where it is being processed.
