The Esbjerg-based company SubC Partner, which supplies solutions for underwater, onshore and offshore industries within the energy sector, has expanded the company via an acquisition of SH Group's branch in Esbjerg. This is stated by SubCPartner in a press release.
With the acquisition, SubC Partner expects that with the acquisition the company can expand the company's competences and use this to create an even more integrated and competitive offer for the benefit of our customers, and help secure the company's status as a leading player in the field.
- Our acquisition of SH Group in Esbjerg represents an important, strategic step for SubC Partner. We see very good synergy in relation to our existing activities, that we will now be able to connect another part of our service branch. We are going to expand the palette within hydraulic and valve service, as well as strengthen our assembly teams. Furthermore, this opens up a strengthened collaboration with SH Group, which we see as an incredibly exciting company and customer for SubC Partner in the future, says Tonny Klein, CEO at SubC Partner. He continues:
- We can supply various parts for SH Group's advanced products, as well as assist SH Group when they need extra hands for larger tasks. It will be right on the right leg, as we are quite similar in our culture and values.
For SH Group, the sale enables them to dedicate their efforts to their core area of valve service, which is a market in significant growth.
- Seen in the light of the fact that we have changed our strategic focus and will no longer focus on valve service, it makes good sense for us to transfer our employees, resources and capacity to SubC Partner, says Kaare Vang Jensen, CEO at SH Group?and elaborates:
