When the war in Ukraine is over at some point, a major task awaits to rebuild the country after the devastation of the war. One of the things that will need to be rebuilt is the country's energy supply and infrastructure. Navitas Renewables A/S is committed to becoming a part of this task.

The company recently entered the Ukrainian market, but has already gained a foothold in the country with a team of employees. But the company is now strengthening its position with two additional key people to lead and start the project; Henrik Monefeldt and Serhiy Romanyuk.

- For Navitas Renewables A/S, it is important to establish a presence in Ukraine. The initiative is part of our overall strategy to ensure local support in challenged countries and build strong partnerships with key customers, says Kuno Jacobsen, CEO of Navitas Renewables.

Navitas Renewables A/S' establishment in Ukraine involves local resources. The company will recruit and train Ukrainian staff. It has also initiated local collaborations with DTEK Renewables and Elementum Energy.

- We are excited about Navitas Renewables entering the Ukrainian market. With more than 250 MW of projects under development, we at Elementum Energy have a large share and must recognize that reconstruction requires skilled and professional partners for ambitious renewable energy projects. A locally rooted team brings greater predictability and risk management options for new projects, says Maksym Artemenko, CBDO for Elementum Energy.

In just five years, Navitas Renewables A/S has established itself as an international player in renewable energy. The company has participated in many large wind installations, both in Denmark and internationally, and the company is also active in the market for solar energy and maintenance of wind turbine blades.
