Elgiganten is recalling all copies of an electric radiator. This is happening after some of the radiators have developed smoke or flames, Elgiganten writes in a press release. The product has been sold through Elgiganten's channels. The items in question are all Apt electric radiators with item number 31689.
- We do not yet know the reason why this has happened, but we will start an investigation when we receive returned products.
- It has not led to dangerous situations, but of course we do not take any chances with safety, which is why we are carrying out a full recall, Elgiganten writes on its website.
If you have purchased this electric radiator, you must return it to where it was purchased or to the nearest Elgiganten. Here you will either get your money back for the purchase or exchange it for another product, Elgiganten informs.
