After American decision: Ørsted's billion-dollar project is now underway again

Work on Ørsted's offshore wind farm Revolution Wind has restarted after a 32-day break. This is reported by Finans. This comes after the district court in Washington D.C. gave the green light for construction to resume a few days ago.

As early as Tuesday, several American media outlets reported that State Pier in New London, Rhode Island - the port closest to the wind farm - was bustling with activity. And at a press briefing at the port, which local media News 12 Connecticut, among others, attended, Connecticut's Democratic governor, Ned Lamont, said that ships will begin moving parts to the offshore wind farm on Wednesday.

A final ruling in another case, which will assess whether the work stoppage order from the US authorities on August 22 was legal, is not expected until later.
