After several bankruptcies in connection with Better Energy's planned solar park in Vamdrup, the land has now been put up for sale. It is reported JydskeVestkysten.

It concerns a total of 517 hectares spread over several properties, most of which also contain buildings. According to real estate agent Bent Holm from Hekto & Co. the price has not yet been set.

The solar cell project was originally planned to cover 510 hectares and supply electricity to almost 100,000 households. But the project came under pressure when Better Energy went into restructuring last December and the bank demanded repayment of loans of 135 million kr., leading to a total debt of 281 million kr. in the affected subsidiaries.
