Eight out of ten employees at Topsoe use the solutions within artificial intelligence (AI) that the company has implemented in the employees' everyday lives. This is reported by Børsen.
Over the past year, employees have experimented with artificial intelligence at the request of Topsoe. This has led to the technology being used today, among other things, to find information in HR manuals or make summaries of long contracts. Specifically, the experiments with AI have yielded 158 suggestions, which have resulted in 15 specific pilot projects. In the future, Topsoe will continue to work on implementing more AI solutions in everyday life. However, more AI does not mean a reduction in staff.
- It is too early to say what exactly this will mean, but we are absolutely certain that this means that we will need more employees. We will become more competitive, and therefore we will grow with more employees, but at the same time there will probably be some tasks that will be eliminated. Then there will be others that will be added, says Morten Holm Christiansen, director of data, technology and transformation at Topsoe to Børsen.
