Energi Fyn's board of directors has re-elected Søren Thorsager as chairman and Ulrikka Brændgaard Nissen as vice-chairman at the constituent meeting on May 1. The re-election applies to both Energi Fyn a.m.b.a. and Energi Fyn Holding A/S. Energi Fyn writes.
The re-election took place after Energi Fyn's ordinary meeting of representatives on April 30, where Marie-Louise Uglebjerg Hansen and Bjarne Toftlund were re-elected to the board of directors. At the same time, Jørgen Graulund Jørgensen and Christina Elisabeth Wanscher were elected as new members. Line Faxøe Enghave Lauridsen and Morten Weber were elected as alternates. All have been elected for a 4-year period.
