On Tuesday, Ørsted held its annual general meeting at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen. Among other things, Lene Skole was finally confirmed as the new chairman of the energy company instead of Thomas Thune Andersen. Whether this reshuffle in the board of directors has created further faith in Ørsted shares among managers in the company remains to be seen.

But in any case, two Ørsted executives, Per Mejnert Kristensen, Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific, and Ingrid Reumert, Senior Vice President and Director of Global Stakeholder Relations, used Tuesday to make acquisitions on the stock exchange. Ørsted announced this in three company announcements.

The largest acquisition was made by Per Mejnert Kristensen, who bought 825 shares in Ørsted for a total price of DKK 298,850. Ingrid Reumert had to pay DKK 164,213 for her purchase of 457 shares.

However, the two above are not the only Ørsted executives who have been on the stock exchange in recent days. On March 1, Varun Sivaram, Senior Vice President and Director of Strategy, Innovation, Portfolio, Partnerships & M&A, bought 482 shares for DKK 187,161, a transaction that Ørsted only announced on Tuesday.

However, being a little earlier on the market has not been an advantage for Varun Sivaram. He paid an average price of DKK 388.3 per share. share, while Per Mejnert Kristensen and has paid approximately 360 kr. on average.

In total, the three managers have purchased shares for 650,223 kr.
