The Danish Energy Agency notices great interest in the establishment of new coastal offshore wind farms. The Danish Energy Agency has in a short time received 14 new applications for feasibility studies for new projects, the agency informs in a press release.

However, there is currently not a large wave of new projects on the way. The Danish Energy Agency has thus screened the new applications and the screening has shown that they are deficient.

"As a result, the Danish Energy Agency has asked for additional information from the project applicants before the case processing can begin. The applications are processed according to the rules at the time when the applications are complete," says the Danish Energy Agency.
