Vestas has received three orders in Germany totaling 117 MW as part of the company's order intake in the second quarter. Vestas announced this in a press release.
The largest order is the Vogelsberg project for Boreas Energy of 50 MW. The order includes seven V172-7.2 MW turbines and a 20-year AOM 4000 service agreement.
In addition, Vestas has received an order of 36 MW for the Münk Arbach project for ENP Neue Energien GmbH. Here, the company will deliver six V150-6 MW turbines with a 20-year AOM 5000 service agreement.
The third order is the Nienwohlde project for BVNON Dienstleistungs- og Projektentwicklungs GmbH of 31 MW. The project includes five V162-6.2 MW turbines and a 25-year AOM 4000 service agreement.
Delivery to Nienwohlde and Vogelsberg is expected to begin in Q2 2027, with commissioning planned for Q4 2027. Delivery to Münk Arbach is expected to begin in Q3 2027, with commissioning planned for Q2 2028.
